  Absolutely awful!! Don’t ever recommend getting service from them. I spoke to Josh and he said he would print a paper for me and could come pick it up and I immediately got in my car to go and arrived at 6:01 and they would not open the door for me so I can pick it up because they said they close at 6. I literally arrived at 6:01 and begged them to please let me pick it up and they shut the door in my face. So rude and unprofessional!!!!! Wow

  Had a couple of bad experiences here. NEVER going back. Abour a month ago I went there to print some tax reforms to do my tax returns. I use their copier with the FedEx print and go and I had some sort of problem. So I asked her help from the desk clerk. His name is Jaio. When I asked him for help, he came from around the counter, and on his way over rolled his eyes at me as if to say, old people can't figure out tech stuff. So I laughed it off, and I said, "come on now don't roll your eyes at me this is a real problem." He laughed a little too. We fixed the issue, and I carried on. Yesterday I had to go to print some cruise documents and when I sent the email to FedEx print and go, there was some sort of issue, the emails weren't going through. I sent it once, waited a few minutes then I sent it again. I waited 15 minutes this time. I asked the same young man for help. And I explained to him what was going on, and he said that print and go has nothing to do with them, that it's another system, and to try sending it one more time. Now, I had already waited 15 minutes for the email to go through. Sometimes they take about 3-4 minutes. So 15 minutes is a little much. So I did what he said. I sent it again waited another 15 minutes then I went back to the counter to ask for help again. And he's very annoyed that he has to help customers. Now keep in mind, I was the only customer in the store. In the entire 30 minutes I was there, 4 customers came in one at a time. So it wasn't like he was busy. He was not very helpful. Very condescending, and then he asks me if I want to print it from behind the counter for an extra $2.50 charge. I didn't yell at him. I didn't curse at him, but I asked him, why did you let me sit for a ½ an hour when there was an alternative. I could have been on my way a long time ago. You saw me sitting over there in the chair waiting and you didn't offer this before. Why did you do that? And he couldn't be bothered. He told me if I don't like it, I can just go ahead and leave. Yeah, not a very positive experience. And this is the second time I've needed help from this particular clerk. And he just can't be bothered. We are never going back now. I went to find an Office Depot. It was 2 or 3 miles away. I was in there for less than 5 minutes then I was on my way back home. So why would I ever go back to Fedex for anything If I'm going to be treated that way.

  In a rush to get an item to my daughter who is away, I came in to FedEx because some moms in a group chat said this was the best way to ship items quickly. I had gone online and thought I knew what I needed. In walks Nii-K. What a kind and thoughtful gentleman. He helped me get the right product to pack my item in, then took all of the angst out of the process. He made me feel comfortable with light conversation as he helped me through my shipping challenge. Although this site is not near my home, I will be coming back because it was so easy! I'm in the area often anyway. Please give him some type of award or accolade.
