After making me wait far too long to even reach the front desk, she delivered nothing but attitude. She insisted I purchase tape and wait behind someone else, despite the fact that I was already there and quickly taped my boxes myself. She then disappeared to the back, returned, and flat out refused to serve me. Considering I’m recovering from a medical procedure and wasn’t feeling well, her dismissive behavior was not only unprofessional, but downright hostile. Suddenly, the 1.4-star rating this place has makes perfect sense. In fact, 1.4 feels overly generous. Customer service this abysmal should be a case study in how to drive away business. If this location ever closes its doors, it won’t be hard to see why. I needed to go to the previous location.I just left in weston where i'm always treated correctly off of state road 84. as a public servant and a first responder, i'm appalled by this type of behavior from Bernadette. surely, the united states postal service will make corrective actions for this poor behavior that has seemed to have gone on for quite some time.Hence the previous reviews. and I can assure that I will be getting follow up email regarding how this situation was rectified at 11528 W State Rd 84, Davie, FL 33325. Surely you could go right to the website and see all of the negative reviews.And they all appear to be about the same woman.I even noticed a photograph of her posted by another party.
