I was served by Raquel who was so professional and helpful. Service with a big Smile! Keep up the great work Raquel! This will be my post office from now on.

- AAAndres ArangoDec 9, 20251.0If I could give this post office zero stars I would gladly. They treat anybody with a question as if it were a burden on their job to answer politely. I walked in with a small priority mail box that they provide and asked how much they would charge to mail to Tennessee. The reply couldn’t have been more demeaning and insulting..and once this employees was finished, she yells “NEXT!” And dismisses me. No questions asked, no how can I help you send that parcel out. Sad to see that a government entity such as the USPS employ such disrespectful and bitter people. Working there 30 years doesn’t give you the privilege to treat people like trash. Better customer service could do you well.. Went down the street to FEDEX and was given the service I expected…asked me for the address and kindly printed, boxed and labeled the parcel for me. Thank you for the help FEDEX, maybe USPS could learn to treat their customers WITH RESPECT. Don’t waste your time coming to this post office unless you would like to leave aggravated, insulted and without anything delivered.

Told me to call 1-800 number, which told me that the person working at the location was required by law to honor my change of address request with the documentation I had. Short staffed. One person working sat in a chair and watched as people were in line waiting. Terrible customer service. Staff needs to be fired. They don't deserve federal pay or benefits.

Davie Fl. 33328 I have had numerous bad experiences with the clerks in the past ,but last and final visit to the Davie P.O has been the worst. I filed an online claim for a damaged item and received a letter informing me to bring the item for inspection to my local post office. Once it was my turn in line, the clerk explained she didn’t handle the claim the clerk to her right (Melody)did. She passed the form I gave her to the other clerk and I stepped to her side, She yelled at me and said I am not ready for you. I tried to explain the other clerk told me to come here. I stepped away and waited about 10 mins for her to call me. Once I started explaining my reason for being there she said did you say you were the shipper of the broken item? I answered yes. She said your claim is no longer valid. I asked why she said the receiver needed to file the claim. This is not true. I left and called U.S.P.S customer service and they agreed. The clerk’s name is Melody . After I filed my complaint with U.S.P.S I received a call from the branch MGR Miss Dixon, she said come in and we will process the package. I get there and then told Melody is off until Friday to come back at 11am Friday. I get to the Davie Post Office at 11 am and Miss Dixon said Melody is busy and has to run to the bank and take a brake. I asked how long? And she said that she doesn’t know. She also said I have your number and will call you when she is able to help you. I told her I would wait in my car. I decided to go to another post office because of the fear of Melody not handling my claim correctly in retaliation. It is now 3pm and Miss Dixon thinks I am still sitting in my car. It has now been 4 hrs. , The Davie Branch needs to be investigated. Melody need to be remove and not allowed to deal with customers.
