    Went inside this establishment to ship out some t-shirts for my company, had a wonderful experience, the two lovely ladies Stephanie and caiya! were so amazing helping me ship out my product, They have such wonderful customer service didn’t have a single issue will definitely be coming back to the establishment!!

    Came in today to email and ship out my documents and I was very pleased with my results the young lady’s Stephanie and Caiya were very helpful and very nice and kind towards me the customer service here is amazing never any problems coming in always in and out in a heart beat !! I recommend this store if you want fast service 5 stars I will be returning !!

    I came to get fingerprints for employment yesterday and I was told I couldn’t get it done because the person had left. I called before showing up and I was told it could have been done and over write to come in. I get in and they still did not get my fingerprints done because they want several forms of identification. It’s like no one cares to explain things or try and assist you in getting services done here. I will never come back to this ups store. Avoid if possible. Today is October 23, 2026. Poor customer service and not helptful. If I could give a -5 review I would. 👎👎👎👎👎

    I've used this store occasionally and have always had positive experiences-until my most recent visit. I encountered an employee whose conduct was completely unprofessional and unnecessarily escalated a simple interaction. I had asked for an envelope several times, received no verbal response, and the situation devolved into confusion. When my document slid off the scale by accident, the employee reacted as though I had done something intentionally aggressive, which I absolutely had not. Another staff member intervened was very kind, and handled the transaction politely and professionally. I thanked him and appreciated his help. Unfortunately, the initial employee later followed me outside the store and behaved in a way I felt was intimidating and inappropriate while on duty. I have filed a formal complaint with UPS corporate and the local police department because of the seriousness of the incident. This was an isolated but deeply unsettling encounter at a location that has otherwise always been courteous and efficient. I hope UPS reviews this incident carefully and ensures that all employees receive the professionalism training necessary to prevent anything like this from happening agiain. Rebuttal to false statements in company response below: Thank you for your response, however you have distorted the truth about what happened. The associate ignored my several requests for an envelope. I guess English maybe isn’t her first language? I don’t know why but she refused to respond to my questions which is rude which makes her the aggressor. I am 100% confident your video footage would clearly show I “threw” nothing in the direction of your associate. The document “slid” off the scale and fell on the floor and never even touched anyone before falling. I find it very interesting your employee conveniently took her break just as I was leaving the store and stood not farther than 15 feet from me and my vehicle holding her phone 2 feet in front of her face in my direction displaying zero indication of making any phone calls to her boyfriend while representing UPS in full uniform. Your “witnesses” came after what transpired inside as well as the rude swearing and insults thrown my way from your employee so they were not privy to the “rude” treatment I was given prior to their unnecessary and unwarranted involvement. She became irrate and started to swear at me because I questioned why she was recording me and I began to defend myself. 2 of her co workers had to exit the store to prevent her from lunging towards me. “My” video of her will show that. So you’re not the only one with video footage. I filed a counter complaint with the police as well with my proof of my accounting. Let’s not get into the other Google reviews from other customers that have complained about the same treatment of what possibly and is most likely from this very same employee. That’s ok. I know I’ve done nothing wrong. I’ve retained a lawyer. UPS Corporate has been notified. Amazon will also be notified. They will check her social media to ensure this incident has not been posted by her as I suspect to be the case which can be tracked even if she deletes it. I guarantee UPS corporate will not be pleased to hear how their customers have been treated by this particular person who obviously needs some very heavy anger management, conflict resolution skills and more customer service training. No corporation wants to employ a person to represent them that is the aggressor which is the case in this matter. If you were truly sorry for my experience you would not be defending an employee who was clearly in the wrong. I wish you luck in better managing your business.
