Because I was paying so much, the owner offered me unsolicited advice.I was told by the owner that if the package did not make it on time then to call UPS and get a refund. The package did not make it on time. I reached out to UPS as I was instructed by the owner. UPS gave me the runaround for two whole months! At the end of the day, UPS told me that they talked to the owner. I walked into the store well before closing. There was a line. By the time I was serviced, the receipt was stamped 5:05 PM. Therefore, UPS stated that I had missed the last truck of the day. But the thing about it is, I would have never paid over $100 for that service if I knew it would not be available. The owner recommended it.! Now I am out over $100 and no one is taking accountability. Never again!

I was unfamiliar with returning an item to Amazon through UPS, Claudio rushed me without greeting me, had a bad attitude because I didn’t know their procedures. When I asked if he was going to apply tape to seal the box he didn’t even look at me or responded. He just handed me the receipt without saying a word and was already calling the next customer. Would rather drive to a further away UPS store than deal with someone that treats you that way.
