I cam here to return amazon products but they said they cannot print labels and no printers work in store after holding me up for 20 minutes. Leaving as an unsatisfied customer who wasted their Sunday morning driving here

It’s a shock how I was charged $25.00 just for some copies of black and white paper! To make it worse it was by an assistant manager whom locked the entire store out of the system while trying to locate my email that was sent directly to the store. Then, when given my documents 3 were missing. All in all I was charged $25 and when I spoke with the manager the day she stated that they are a franchise and have their own pricing! Wow!

I am giving 3 stars because there is one very nice lady, super polite and helpful, unfortunately there is another lady, younger than the other one with blue contact lenses very rude, she's been working there for a while and she is always very rude, even when you don't ask anything!!

The staff in this store is happy, attentive and efficient. Lauren is awesome, super friendly and fast. I was in and out in a jiffy and was greeted with a huge smile. Highly recommend!

I want to say that your employee Deven is a great very patient person. As today a long of customers Were standing in line a very rude customer was harassing him because he wanted an annual discount. We that were in line all spoke up for him as he was very patiently attending all customers he calmly answered the correct questions and ask the customer that was harassing him to please read the signs that was up in which it will give him the information that he needed.. I think Devon.(employee) For his patient and his great customer service.
