On one visit, I was shipping a Secret Santa gift for work, and the next time I came in, Tina remembered and asked how it went and if he liked the gift. That really meant a lot to me and shows how much she genuinely cares about customers. Because of the exceptional service Tina provides, I will continue coming to this location. She is truly wonderful!

Without all of the gritty details, Sue was able to help me with a turntable damage claim caused by UPS from an audio repair shop. I shipped a new turntable to an audio tech, Model: 1-AD07US01, H005 to repair the sound. After receiving it back, I found the product damaged on the corner veneer. The audio tech indicated that it was shipped properly, and I also witnessed the same. The damaged goods suffered severe mutilation on the top of the base which was totally visible for to all to see. I was on the phone with UPS and spoke with 7 CSR's, none of which would help me. They passed me around like an old shoe. Furthermore, I was unable to submit a claim out of my on-line portal. The form after repeated attempts would not allow me to complete the process. Sue proved to me that there is still hope at a large corporation to get help when it is desperately needed. I place her on a pedestal and will never forget her for going way outside the norm to help me. Thank you!

He was not happy about that of course was helping another Customer and myself. I was sending my grandson an iPhone 17 in a package. The other person was returning things to Amazon. He Gave the other person my label my daughter received the gentleman’s package and my iPhone package is somewhere in Amazon and hopefully it gets returned. I was at the store today Sue the manager is an amazing person And was very helpful and trying to help me resolve this problem. In the meantime, Devin decided to tell me to be realistic as he looks at me with his left eyebrow half shaven And then gave me a smirk in front of the manager. I hope they fire him. The only reason I gave it A five star is because of Sue! Make sure you watch him put your labels on your package before you leave cause he’ll hand you the receipt and then does the label after you receive your receipt, beware of him!!!!!!!!! Totally useless otherwise the store is an amazing place to go if you have to ship anything Or return items. Make sure he puts the label on your package…watch him!!!!!!!!!! Or you can go through what I’m going through trying to get my package back. Not fun.
