Even more so when there is more than one person helping customers. Patience is required when having done nothing online, which everything can be, and there is not enough staff. I do everything online to pick up/ship in person. Easy peasy. I am not sure why some reviews are negative, though I know some ppl are not considerate enough. P.S. taking pictures of the employees without their consent is rude.. not to mention weird.

I waited in line for over 25 minutes, but instead of helping me, she assisted people behind me and completely ignored my turn. I was left to figure out how to use the printing machine on my own, without any support. Later, after 7 p.m., when the doors were already closed, I was still inside trying to purchase a book. Rather than assisting me, Jasmine told me to leave and claimed the system was down. I felt not only ignored but also disrespected. As someone whose first language is not English, I made the effort to communicate, but instead of receiving basic customer service, I felt discriminated against. No customer should ever feel rejected or treated differently in this way. This behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed by management. Customers have the right to receive respectful and fair treatment, regardless of language or background. I will be following up on this matter to ensure accountability.
