  I had a great experience at this location with Johanna. I was honestly nervous about going in and getting bad customer service, but she exceeded in her service. She was kind, explained things, and was so helpful in decision making. I went in to have cardstock prints done for my wedding, so of course I wanted them to come out beautifully, and they did! Johanna also did a great job at acknowledging every customer that came in and let them know she would be right with them. She was the only team member in the store and she handled all the customers well. Shout out to Johanna for her amazing customer service and kind personality. I will definitely be back for other wedding printing needs!

  The employees at this location are always kind and ready to serve. This week I had a huge project and was at FedEx for hours. Johanna was AMAZING! She is quick, efficient and patient. By the end of my project, I told her she is my new favorite person on the planet. It costs $0 to be friendly, and Johanna went above and beyond. If you're looking for A1 customer service, definitely go to this location for printing/shipping needs.

  Wow. A colleague asked for me to send a pre-wrapped frame and gave me a prepaid label. All I needed was a box. There was no line when I arrived. I was greeted by Simon store manager with a company since 2018. He was coy, cold and not helpful. He asked if I needed Them to package the box for me I stated it was already secured in bubble wrap as he could clearly see and all I needed is a box. He told me I would have to put the box together myself and would need tape for $17 not including shipping or $26 for him to do it for me. My problem wasn’t the price as much as the lack of customer service. I didn’t appreciate the way he spoke to me, his tone or his lack of understanding charging me eight dollars to take a box. Needless to say I won’t be back. I mentioned that I was going to leave a review based on my experience and he was unbothered then I see that the store has less than three stars and it made much more sense. The owner should do better.

  Spent 40 minutes in line picking up an already paid for print order. 2 employees helping 2 customers for THIRTY minutes. Completely unacceptable especially during the holidays. Employee asked if anyone had a quick drop off and I said how about an already paid for print order? He looks at me says “just a second” and never came back.

  Waste of time and money. I went in for a simple job to print a single document. I ask the teller I’d like to print something, she tells me it will cost more money if she does it and I should use the machine. After paying $5 dollars for my order she then tells me I have to wait 6-10 minutes to receive the code in my email to print my order. Why didn’t you tell me this sooner? My time is valuable and had I went to Office Depot I would have been in and out. Also telling me their internet is horrible. Why offer the service if you guys have problems. Don’t recommend this place. It’s now been 20 minutes and still no email. Plus the charge is pending to my account
