I had gone online and thought I knew what I needed. In walks Nii-K. What a kind and thoughtful gentleman. He helped me get the right product to pack my item in, then took all of the angst out of the process. He made me feel comfortable with light conversation as he helped me through my shipping challenge. Although this site is not near my home, I will be coming back because it was so easy! I'm in the area often anyway. Please give him some type of award or accolade.

She was kind, explained things, and was so helpful in decision making. I went in to have cardstock prints done for my wedding, so of course I wanted them to come out beautifully, and they did! Johanna also did a great job at acknowledging every customer that came in and let them know she would be right with them. She was the only team member in the store and she handled all the customers well. Shout out to Johanna for her amazing customer service and kind personality. I will definitely be back for other wedding printing needs!
