    0 stars. Marked the house as vacant and sent my time-sensitive package back to the sender. Terrible service Edit: they called me the next day explaining that since it was sent to a rental house, they don’t deliver there. So they send all packages back as they are not allowed to keep them at the post office for pickup. The lady I spoke to was very kind and helpful, but I remain incredibly disappointed in this situation.

    Horrible experience! I had a time-sensitive package that I had been waiting for. I was continuously checking the status of it. In the 10 minutes I wasn’t checking, the package apparently was “attempted delivery” because it required a signature. There was no doorbell or knocking on the door whatsoever. I needed the package today. So of course I tried to call the post office to see if I could pick it up right now. Nope, no one answered. And it was so hard to just talk to an agent, I don’t want to talk to a chatbot. It was just so frustrating.

    Looking at the other reviews & I’m not too shocked, but I am disgusted by how many people are saying the same thing. I’ve had SEVERAL of my packages say “delivered” & I have never received them.. 2 packages being the most recent. They handled those disappearing packages by saying they’ll mail me out a letter acknowledging I didn’t receive my package… what am I supposed to do with that? Btw, I’ve never received that letter. I wish this wasn’t the usps that delivered to my address. But unfortunately it is. Praying another location gets opened it, with a set of honest people.

    This is the worst post office ever! I dont understand having a phone number or putting in an inquiry about a package NOT being "delivered" if no one answers the phone or get back with you. I had to call the main USPS to look into my issue regarding the lack of customer care from this location.
