    If I could give zero stars I absolutely would have, they returned to sender a package for absolutely no reason. Horrible office.

    If you want your package stolen get it delivered here!!! And judging by the reviews it seems like everyone has similar experiences of packages being marked delivered but when you get there someway somehow theres no packages and a empty mailbox

    Please explain how a priority package can get to your facility and sit there for 3 days and not be delivered within the proper amount of delivery time? I understand under staffed and long hours but I can’t understand when proper postage is paid for and packages still aren’t delivered. This is the poor customer service!

    This is by far the worst post office to have delivering your mail. Within the month I have had 1 packages that show “delivered” in my front door..when I was sitting in my garage I don’t see any one show up..so when I call customer service the tell me it’s was delivered in my mailbox not in front of my door.so when I go check the mailbox I don’t see it .until now..but were not delivered to mail box. No key was left for the package box. Even with utilizing informed delivery makes no difference. Except for the face that you know a package was to be delivered but never was.and I pay $250 for those perfume that was on sale for Black Friday now I need $500 plus tax and shipping to get them..

    I’ve visited this location twice so far, and both experiences have been excellent. I was greeted warmly each time and assisted quickly with mailing my packages. Even though I live closer to a UPS store, the few extra minutes of driving are well worth it for the great service and lower costs at USPS.
