Within the month I have had 1 packages that show “delivered” in my front door..when I was sitting in my garage I don’t see any one show up..so when I call customer service the tell me it’s was delivered in my mailbox not in front of my door.so when I go check the mailbox I don’t see it .until now..but were not delivered to mail box. No key was left for the package box. Even with utilizing informed delivery makes no difference. Except for the face that you know a package was to be delivered but never was.and I pay $250 for those perfume that was on sale for Black Friday now I need $500 plus tax and shipping to get them..

Even though I live closer to a UPS store, the few extra minutes of driving are well worth it for the great service and lower costs at USPS.
