I ordered a $600 print job online, to be picked up and delivered by to the Gaylord Palms Convention Center by Uber. This pickup/delivery was outside the capability of the website, so I called the store to make sure the Uber driver could get the package, and inquire how we could make this happen. I had several other questions about the paper types, because the website info was limited. Michael answered the call. He was amazing; answered my questions and offered to help in any way possible. The job was done 6 hours before the promised time, and the pickup was relatively seamless.

That meant a lot to me and I was grateful!
