  Good customer service should be given credit where due :) first time I was helped in print shop the girl was very friendly and helpful. Second time I came in today Nori was knowledgeable about what paper can be used in printers, she was careful to follow protocol and redirected me compassionately with good alternatives options, she went above and beyond to provide the best option matching what I wanted and cutting for me the wedding printed material I needed. if anyone deserved a Christmas bonus or credit should be the ladies in the printing department!

  With my new business venture having no clue what I was doing , I’ve had to make several different visits to this location for packaging stickers. Trey in the printing department was beyond helpful and patient with me he even googled info he wasn’t to sure about not mention he went out his way to take measurements for my stickers. I am truly grateful and if I shall ever need anything else , I will be looking for Trey from now on. He’s the best!! because of him. I will be sleeping well tonight, knowing that my needs were met🥰 Thank you Trey!!!

  Mom life meant it took me a bit to get to writing this, but I need to acknowledge how helpful these employees were for me. My three year old needed a passport photo, but had a long morning. By the time we got to Staples she was in full "I shall never cooperate" mode. Louis was so patient with the camera while I tried to calm her down to no avail. Another employee, who's name I didn't get stepped in with brilliant ideas. She had long red hair. My daughter wouldn't sit on the stool, so the other employee tilted the background so she could sit on the ground. The employee got out lollies and a very fluffy bunny and messed around with them behind Louis, who was actually laying on the floor to snap a photo the moment there was a clear shot! After a little goofing around, Louis managed to grab a few photos until one was passport worthy! Three year olds are not for the faint of heart, and this mom is unbelievably grateful for their flexibility and ingenuity!

  Waited in line for Amazon return for over 20 mins with one person checking out staples customers as well as doing returns. One person finally came to help with so many other Reps walking around seemingly doing very little. There are about 20 people in line behind me. Staples do better with Amazon return area

  I visited this Staples on 10/31/25 at 10:00 AM to print and laminate a few letter-size pages before a presentation — a task I’ve always been able to get done on the spot at other Staples locations. The print center was empty, with one associate working. After placing my order, I was told it would take 7 hours, which seemed excessive for a simple job (plain text with a couple of blue stripes). I asked to pay for a rush order and reduced it to two copies. The associate refused and insisted the process was more complicated than it is, offering no alternative solutions. This caused a significant inconvenience right before my presentation. I regularly use Staples for last-minute professional printing, but I will not return to this location. Other Staples have handled the same request quickly and professionally, often within minutes.
