- GAGabriella AdcockDec 13, 20251.0I’ve visited this location 4 times now. The black guy there is incredibly rude. He was rude to another customer when I first visited. Now I’m having the same issue as that customer. QVC told me for my return that USPS can assist with label printing and taping my package. I had 3 different reps confirm this before I went to USPS because I wasn’t receiving the label QVC created for me. When I went, he gave me a hard time, put only one piece of regular tape (not packing tape) on the box and told me I should do it myself. It’s been 3 weeks and QVC has not received my item. Don’t go here. I promise you will be disappointed in customer service and overall vibe there with him. I truly hope he finds happiness because I’ve never seen a stranger multiple times be so unpleasant and miserable.

The lazy woman behind the counter told me that they were short staffed, so expect the item to be sent out in 5-10 business days lol. What? I could have used ups or fedex. I’ve never heard of such a long wait with the post office. So disappointing and really embarrassing for a government agency.
