The sign on the door states they are open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Other people soon arrived—including a couple with a young child who also had a 2:00 PM passport appointment—and none of us were helped. It’s unbelievable to experience such poor and disrespectful service from the United States Post Office. Completely unacceptable.
