  Took a very important, time sensitive, package to this UPS store mid-day that was to be sent next day air early delivery. The label wasn't created/scanned until 5:30, then was improperly sorted. Therefore, my package and return envelope didn't make it to its destination. The price in store was double what it was online (my husband didn't speak up) $329.85 wasted and the lack of delivery cost us a vacation, which was valued at $1700. We went to UPS thinking it would be the safest bet to get this job done. We were wrong.
