They only have one staff member working the register and the Amazon returns every time I come. Today, I walked in and there was only 1 person ahead of me for returns. The young man was finishing a task, then helped the man in front of me, but then had to help customers at the register. While he rang up 3 customers, and the Amazon returns line grew to 5. Some customers he rang up had arrived after all the Amazon customers. The policy on this should change so that customers are not waiting excessively .

I stood in line for 15 min to do a simple prepaid package drop off (which I was only the 2nd person in the line, AFTER being told by another employee that this is where I needed stand) just for them to tell me that I need to get in a ANOTHER line one. Customer service was non existent and they had ZERO sense of urgency.

I believe staff here has either stolen the package or has given our package to the wrong carrier causing this package to just disappear. UPS shows no signs of this package. Not even an access point drop off on the tracking which normally it says an access point has your package and we are waiting for UPS to pick up. When I called the girl that picked up the phone pretty much told me to bend over with no lube that it wasn't her problem or their problem. Contacting an attorney to hold Staples directly liable. Incompetence of your employees has cost us $600 and UPS saying because there's no record of it actually being scanned into the system we are out of luck.
