I’ve gone twice to ship out an Amazon return and she always gave me an excuse saying the label doesn’t work, yet I take it to a different post office and no issues, please train your staff to be able to fully do their jobs.

Also contacted corporate about it due to the fact I went in a week ago and returned an item in a see thru bag with no problem but this week I have to pay $10 per item… weird.
