The guy at the counter asked what was in the box, and I told him it was a scope. He then said that they can't ship gun parts. The other lady behind the counter who lacked intelligence said maybe try a gun store... Yes, let me ask a gun store to ship a scope for me... It's a non-FFL item and can be shippped by any means without signature
- RKRick K1 day ago1.0The worst experience ever! Saturday I went to this store just before closing and they were going to charge me to print a label and for a box from Amazon. As Jennifer (manger) was measuring the box of product to sell me another box for it to go in, I told them I would go home to get the box from Amazon. Sunday I arrived at store with box and she (Jennifer, manager) told me she will charge me for taping ($3) and Label ($3). I told her I would tape the box and went out to car and taped it shut. Going back in with label up on cell phone, Jennifer tells me I’ll have to email the label to the store. When I could not do this she told me I need to be on their Wi-fi. I needed a password to get on their WiFi and it was extra long. I was there for about 20 minutes and they charged me for the label to send the product back. Jennifer acted like this is normal and I saw it as very bad customer service. When I was in this place before, they scanned the label from the picture I provided. It is a place I will not return
