- FJFrank JohnsFeb 21, 20261.0Bait-and-Switch! FRAUD! Do not do business here! I stopped in to get a notary on 4 documents & UPS shipment. I was quoted $10 per notarization. Each document had the main signature and two witnesses. When it was done, I was charged $30 for EACH DOCUMENT. When I asked why, she said that was because she was notarizing each witness also! WHAT?!?!? She only placed ONE notary stamp & signature on each document. This is FRAUD. Then, when I paid $40 for a standard 8.5x11 UPS ground shipment, I was charged $1.60 for the envelope, even though I had my own, which she did not use. Never have I been charged for UPS supplies. Very crooked operation.

After watching other customers come up to the counter with open bags/packages. The employees closed the packages with the label, without a problem. I get up to the desk and she wants to charge me $3. Refused to use the label on mine. It only needed a single, small piece of tape. Probably would cost .05, if that. Then the associate uses a ridiculously large piece of tape, like to "show me". I could understand if it was a large box, or the whole thing needed tape. It was loose on a single side, 2inches x 2 inches. If you're gonna have a policy like that, it's shameful to pick and choose who it applies to, and then waste your own stock for show. In the future maybe you could afford some customer service, and goodwill towards mankind. Running business away over a piece of tape, will cost you more than $3 in the long run.
