This what i mean...if you see people needing assistance because they need help with the machine or anything else, you would think that since your the employee that you would be more understanding and helpful NOT standing back being a smart ass and condescending

Not only was the employee not very pleasent when speaking to, but she proceeded to tell me when I asked for a receipt that Amazon no longer provided receipts for returns, which I thought was odd but let it go. My mistake. Here we are a week later and Amazon has not updated that the return process was even started. And since I wasn't given a receipt (which I now know Staples is absolutely supposed to provide) there is no way to track the package and I am out over $100 on a return. Sounds to me this employee stole my package.
