I dread the thought of ordering something online because I know what my past experiences have been with this location. I'm just not really sure why y'all keep insisting on stuffing my mailbox with packages instead of just leaving them at my door. I've had books bent because of this. I ordered my daughter some color books that were also bent. I've had important documents come in that were bent. Heck, y'all bent my COLLEGE DIPLOMA even when it clearly stated on the front, "Do not bend." But nope, that was folded in half and stuffed in my mailbox too. Can you please just be decent humans and maybe leave some stuff at the door instead of ruining everything by mashing it in the mailbox?

I live in Clare’s Vineyard in Crestview. Gated community homes. I have lived Clair’s Vineyard for the last four year’s. We have had an ongoing problem with getting mail delivered to the correct address. Our mail always seems to get to delivered to our neighbors Vice versa. We’ve had so much mail go missing. My mother-in-law mailed , a priority first class Letter to my husband. We got a notification to say that the package had been delivered to our address on our porch. We don’t have a porch and we did not receive the priority package. I checked with our neighbors and they had not received our package so I visited United States parcel force office in Crestview. Initially, I felt like I was getting know where with the staff at the Particular office . I eventually managed to speak to the supervisor, Mr. Johnson. He was able to locate the package that was missing. That same package has been sitting in the post office for 5 days. I am thankful for Mr. Johnson Helping me. However, I’m extremely disappointed With this ongoing problem of our Mail going missing and not being delivered to the correct mail boxes.

The experience i have had lately with the postman is he have taken the key that I'm supposed to get my package out of it instead of putting the key inside my box in have had to run him down a couple of times to get my package why not put it at my front door are in my box i have spoken with the postman and it's the same answer I have package that was delivered nov1 2025 and can't get to it these postman mail people need to do better also stop putting somebody else mail in your box just because they in a hurry I'm thinking about getting me a box because it's not guarantee you going to get your package are mail.

The Phone Service, to which is fairly much NONEXISTENT, as they NEVER ANSWER the line, is EXTREMELY SUBPAR. Even the Automated Service fails at its only task.
