We moved to Crestview 7 months ago and they have managed to lose mail from the VA and a package entirely(that I know of, who knows what else). Not to mention I am waiting on a package from pharmacy in Arizona for going on 5 weeks now. On multiple occasions we have gone a week without a single piece of mail(not even junk) yet we wait sometimes upto 5-6 weeks for a piece of mail to be delivered from Arizona, and 3 weeks from NC. Just got a notification my package has been delivered… it has not… also on several occasions have had to hand deliver mail to homes on my street that I received in mistake.

I'm just not really sure why y'all keep insisting on stuffing my mailbox with packages instead of just leaving them at my door. I've had books bent because of this. I ordered my daughter some color books that were also bent. I've had important documents come in that were bent. Heck, y'all bent my COLLEGE DIPLOMA even when it clearly stated on the front, "Do not bend." But nope, that was folded in half and stuffed in my mailbox too. Can you please just be decent humans and maybe leave some stuff at the door instead of ruining everything by mashing it in the mailbox?
