The Phone Service, to which is fairly much NONEXISTENT, as they NEVER ANSWER the line, is EXTREMELY SUBPAR. Even the Automated Service fails at its only task.

Extremely disappointing experience at the Crestview USPS passport office.
Upon my arrival, I noticed two employees present. One was assisting a customer, while the other Ms. Franquita R**** was drinking coffee and conversing with her colleague. She did not acknowledge me or provide guidance until she finished her personal conversation. Instead, she directed me to wait elsewhere until she was ready.
When she finally called me into the passport office, she immediately expressed frustration that I had mistakenly brought a renewal form instead of a new application. I acknowledged the error and explained it was an honest mistake. Rather than allowing me to correct it on the spot (I even offered to complete the correct form within 2 minutes), she raised her voice, refused to help, and abruptly canceled my appointment.
This was the second day in a row and 2 minutes into my appointment because I had the wrong passport form filled out. I had already taken two days off work to handle this important matter, and Franquita refused service and insisted that I return for a third consecutive day, despite the fact that my situation could have been resolved in just a few minutes. This caused unnecessary hardship and demonstrated a lack of concern for the value of customers’ time.
I wish she would know that my family member is in hospice hence the urgency.
A few months ago, when I came with my family of four, another agent was patient, kind, and helpful and even assisted with providing correct forms. Exactly the opposite of this experience.
Unacceptable service.

Absolutely horrible mail service in this town! Our driver makes a u-turn in our street and has a permanent rut in our neighbors yard from it, takes forever to get our mail, sometimes almost 9pm, sometimes the mail person doesn’t even shut our mailbox.

Slow as heck serve, letting passports go to the only clerk available instead of making an appointment as the sign states in the lobby. Offering scotch tape for a label instead of packaging tape so hopefully, after reading the reviews the package makes it to its destination.
