I completely understand if my item cannot be mailed but the conversation I had with one of the workers where I was repeatedly cut off with her saying the same thing multiple times left me with a negative attitude. Any other time everyone is perfect and gets things done quickly!

I paid with a credit card and was prompted by the employee to push the green "yes" button. I didn't stop to think about it and did what I was instructed to do, then realized I had just rounded-up the balance for some type of donation. I'm happy to help when I can, but when pinching pennies to survive, this tactic is deceptive and unethical.

I am not sure what the young man’s name was but he was so kind and patient, he explained things clearly and was so understanding throughout the process. I was mailing Christmas gifts to my family in Canada and he did his best to get everything correct, he explained policy and process in a clear manner and although it was time consuming, he was such a great spirit. He made sure the gifts I sent would arrive to my family in a relatively inexpensive and quickest way possible. I don’t usually use USPS because it can be fairly expensive and if they pass off to Canada Post it is going to be even more drawn out. At least if UPS delivers I know that my packages will be handled with care and arrive within a reasonable time frame.

They helped with tariff codes, content description and everything we needed to get our package deliverable. They were patient and kind and gave us the very best customer service.
