- MBMarcel BartleySep 29, 20255.09-29-25 Made a mistake on a parcel shipping it to this post office instead of my home post office. Spoke with Monty and he was great agreeing to hold the package there for me until my arrival which is a month away. Usually it would be shipped back to the sender if not picked up within a couple of weeks. Nice community minded service, thanks much.
- SRSapna RamaJun 3, 20211.0Had scheduled a passport session at 12.30 today. On the US passport website, they advertise themselves as a photo site. At 9 am, I get a call saying they don't do pictures for infants. Deliberately picked that time bc it's lunch for my husband and I and we work full time jobs. That said, canceled our appointment and having a hard time finding infant photo sites. If you're an official passport center, get it together and take infant pictures instead of lying on your website. I'll be sure to drop my child on your doorstep since the laziness at this place is the reason we will be delaying a trip. Ridiculous!

Made a passport application appointment for 10:15 and was taken as soon as we arrived. Heidi, the Postmaster assisted us and was very professional, friendly and conversational. Month was the other staff member and he was friendly and polite. This post office is not near me, but had an appointment available. I would come to this location again based on todays level of service.
