I needed to print one sole piece of paper And the self printer was not receiving my picture for printing. I asked him twice, but they kept redirecting me to do something different. The last one told me to stand next to the door because the reception was bad. I was there for 45 minutes for one piece of paper when they could’ve easily just how we printed out themselves. I don’t know what the protocol was, but there were six of them and three weren’t doing anything I just find this extremely Frustrating after she told me to stand close to the door for reception I just walked out and got in my car and left because what do you mean stand on the door for reception?

Her professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. On top of that, she was amazing at multitasking, assisting other customers and handling calls while still giving me her full attention and care.

It often feels like they’re just looking for any excuse to refuse the shipment. Because of this, I usually have to drive to another FedEx location, even though this one is the closest to my home. The other location always accepts my packages without any problems and doesn’t make an issue out of everything. Today they complained because one item was inside a box from a different product
