She was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in and needed help with selecting packaging to then later her helping me also check out. When I asked for tape to secure the label on my package He advised that they were told not to give out tape and proceeded to school me "if we were to use tape for one person we would have to do it for everyone we'd run out of tape" I was not asking him to tape up my package I was asking to secure the label. That's not customer service. He needs to find a job where he does not need to deal with the public.
