There were a lot of people making returns who had forgotten tape, like myself, and Roe was kind enough to help us all out. Thanks for making my experience here a positive one, Roe!!!
- JGJillie GDec 27, 20251.0Both of the people working there are not very nice, the woman behind the mask talks bad about costumers, and whenever my mom tried to ask her a question to check the address in the screen she wouldn’t listen and just talk about the costumers in line, even though some could hear, she was lucky the woman she was talking about it took it as a joke, if I was her I would’ve say something. Not everyone is into jokes, she just made my mom and me awkward in there.

Yes they’re human, but there’s no reason for the younger female behind the counter to berate a child, an elderly man, and a third (after refusing him service, calling her supervisor, and realizing she was incorrect) and make nasty comments about the line and customers under her surgical mask.

She deserveed a red face then but I did not want to be tough on her. And now, she put herself green faces not even waiting for me to hit the screen. She should not do that since it is my opinion which is what is been logged on that screen not hers. Besides her actitute I had gone through a couple of tantrums about my personality or something. I do not know why she bullies me in front of everyone, but it is actually a hassle everytime I go into that door. It scares me that a federal servant and public service have attitute towards the people.
