Since Ready Refresh was bought by Primo, I have had terrible experiences. I had 1 water delivery on the 9th and another on the 10th. They insisted their records did not indicate I had a delivery on the 9th. I have an incorrect invoice that claims I did not return many bottles. I will not pay that bill until it’s corrected. Calling Customer Service used to be easy. Now I’m on hold for over 15 minutes and get a person who I can’t understand. Cutting the budget for overseas support is fine as long as I can understand them. Plus they just don’t understand my concerns when I call them. Their merger has not been handled well at all. Right from customer support, deliveries and billings.
