  FedEx is a worthless company. Use any other service if you care about your shipment arriving on time.

  Horrible experience with the staff. I was in the store for 45 minutes preparing an urgent, express shipment with return labels. The staff advises me at the shipping deadline (6 pm) that there are no more packages being sent tonight. Completely unacceptable behavior follows telling me I need to read the hours on the door. A simple courtesy to your customers will do the trick. Big shame I will not fulfill my business goals with Fedex.

  Next time I will find my next closest Fedex and go there instead. I'm done with this location. As others have stated...just poor customer service. On 11/28 I had to use a hand truck due to a bad back to wheel in a 20 pound ceiling fan I needed to return. When I lifted it up on the counter my back told me I shouldn't have done that. A girl approached and asked me to move it to a different area on the counter 7 feet away. I explained that I rather not because I have a bad back. She replied " Do you want me to hurt my back moving it" and reiterated that I needed to move it. Are you kidding me. If you can't lift a 20 pound package you shouldn't be working at a Fedex or at least have the common sense to ask an associate for help instead of dissing the customer.
