  8/27/25 Package was delivered six!! days ago to the access point and it took me coming in every single day, and calling, for someone to finally hand it to me. I had to talk to Big Boss UPS and the company I ordered from, they both escalated, and finally with their strong hand I got it—the day before it would have been returned to sender. It was always there!!!! I was super kind and patient, in Spanish and English, and all I was met with was apathy and disrespect. Incompetence in this store cost me a week where I was unable to work. Never ever ordering a package here again. One day I’d call and they’d say “it’s here!”, I’d come in person and they’d say “it’s not here! Come back in a few days” (!!!). This happened three times. Three days after it was delivered to the access point, Patricia said “it would be impossible for me to find it” … and kept confusing me with an undergrad student even though I told her repeatedly I had ordered it to the access point and am not an undergrad. She said she’d call me when she found it, never did. She was looking in the wrong place the entire time. Refused to hear me when I said it was at the Access Point, not the student mailbox. Days and days of wasted visits and time calling upper management, time I will never get back. —— 8/26/25 5 days since it was delivered. Have called and visited multiple times—it’s an important package!—and they (the multiple employees I spoke to) truly do not care. Feeling lost and disappointed. I’m not a rich kid, I just ordered a used tablet for my doctoral studies and need it for school. It feels like they truly don’t care if it’s lost or mixed up or delayed or whatever. It’s a lot of money for me and they could not care less. Desperate

  Great store!! The service at this store is the best, cleaned and organized store, they were so helpful with my packages and my returns!

  Alfonso, Alfonso, Alfonso. The customer service he offered was above and beyond and I cant even express in these words what it meant to me personally, but I will try. I have never spoken or met Alfonso before this interaction and to say I was blown away by his kindness is an understatement. Coming from New York I was very concerned about a couple of shipments going to this location as this was unfamiliar territory to me. Alfonso was so sympathetic and compassionate about my concerns and really listened, then he took it on his own to ensure that no mishaps would happen, and it didn't. He treated me like I was part of his family but I was a complete stranger to him. He called me a few times with updates that really put my anxiety at ease. His hands on approach is something that you rarely see nowadays. I gather my experience with Alfonso was something that was not uncommon as he was recently promoted to Store Manager. When I heard this great news I was so happy as its always nice to see hard work and dedication pay off. I wish him much success running this store as I know he earned it.
