    If I could give 0 starts,I would.My experience has been terrible. I sent a package on January 17 and it still hasn't arrive.No one has given me an answer.I've gone to the office and written to them,but there's no solution. Package lost,money not refunded.A disaster.

    I am extremely disappointed with FedEx’s service. I had a package that required a signature, and the tracking information falsely states that a delivery attempt was made. At no point did the driver knock, ring the doorbell, or attempt to make contact. Someone was home the entire time specifically to sign for this package. I also have a Ring camera system, and there is absolutely no footage of a FedEx driver approaching my door. There was clearly no attempt made. Marking a package as “delivery attempted” without actually attempting delivery is unacceptable and dishonest. Customers rearrange their schedules to be available for signature-required shipments, and this kind of careless service shows a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. This experience has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. FedEx needs to properly train and supervise their drivers to ensure that legitimate delivery attempts are being made instead of falsely scanning packages. Very poor service. I expect better from a major shipping company.

    Jenny rushed me throughout the entire phone call and repeatedly tried to cut the conversation short while I was asking basic questions about an order. She interrupted me, gave vague and irrelevant answers, and referenced dimensions I had not even asked about instead of addressing my actual questions. When I asked her to wait briefly so I could check a measurement, she hung up on me. It was not until I directly asked whether I was inconveniencing her that she mentioned she had customers waiting and might need to put me on hold, which should have been communicated professionally from the start. The overall tone made it feel like I was bothering her simply for asking for assistance. The interaction was unprofessional and reflected very poor phone etiquette.

    Came in on the afternoon of January 2nd on a mission to get some poster boards printed for a wedding the next day. Martin and another woman working there (apologies, forgot her name) lowered my stress levels immensely by clearly explaining my options and the associated costs. They also found a solution for displaying them that saved me quite a bit of money, but made sure to test it first to ensure it wouldn't cause unexpected problems during the wedding. They had the order ready at open of business the next morning. Throughout the whole process, they made sure I understood everything and that my needs would be met. Highly recommended!
