- JMjean massillonDec 31, 20251.0Buyer be ware. Never get your stuff packaged here. It’s a scam. I came with a prepaid $15 eBay label. The item was in a hardened case and only needed a wrapping. The cashier stated they can package it for me for within the label’s criteria. I reluctantly paid an additional $20 because I was short on time. 18 days later I get a bill for $13.34 extra because the small item was placed in a box 30x21x9. The store refused to deal with this issue and the assistant manager told me to call customer service. Once on the phone customer service wanted to talk to the store manager and he said it was New Year’s Eve he can’t deal with this talk to the cashier.

- JZJean-Claude ZenniNov 22, 20251.0FedEx treats deliveries carelessly compared to UPS I leave an unlocked pedestrian entry, and every single FedEx delivery I’ve received has been tossed over the gate, even when the gate is open and the driver could easily walk in. They never miss to disappoint. UPS drivers, on the other hand, (Kudos to them) always open the gate, walks up to my doorsteps and place my packages carefully there, taking basic care with every one of my deliveries. The difference in how these two companies handle packages is huge. I now trust UPS far more with anything important. The pattern with FedEx feels careless and lazy, and it makes me very hesitant to use them for anything valuable or fragile.
