  I had a great experience at UPS! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and efficient from the moment I walked in. Craig helped me out and made the whole process quick and easy, and I really appreciated how organized and professional everything felt. It’s clear Craig and the rest of the staff care about their customers and take pride in their work. They are awesome!! Highly recommend this location!

  New employee does not know her business. Showed me a paper and did not want to accept my Amazon package. My problem is not the inconvenience of driving to another UPS to drop it off. My problem is that she doesn't want to admit when she doesn't understand and doesn't know she's wrong Edit #1: The Box I brought for delivery was Per the Guidelines. Sealed and packaged as it should be. your employee claimed that she could not accept the package because it was not in a "Brown Craft Box" and no-where on the Guidelines does it say so. I drove to another UPS location that follows the actual guidelines and accepted the package with no issues.

  This place used to be a lot better a long time ago. I went to drop a return package for Amazon, and this was not the first time I've done so. The employee told me that the bag type was not appropriate for shipping even though it was the original bag that was sent by Amazon. He said that I had to buy an envelope. When I told him that the bag/envelope was the original sent to me by Amazon and when I asked if I could at least use some tape to seal my package , they said that they were not allowed to accommodate me with something like that and if I wanted some tape I would have to buy it. I ended up buying an envelope, but this is not the real issue. The real issue is the bad service. The guy was very rude and when I bought this to his attention he told me that if I don't agree with the policies then I could go somewhere else. I have always used this location but honestly the service has been really bad lately. They are not courteous or friendly at all, not even a smile and it was definitely not a good customer service experience.
