  As a loan officer I sometimes encounter closing agents who lack what I am looking for; that was NOT the case with Spirit Title & Escrow. The staff was very responsive, working after hours when necessary and keeping me in the loop on their portion of the loan closing. Great Job !

  I just finished closing on a house with Brad and his team at Spirit Title & Escrow, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. From the moment I reached out to them, they have been extremely responsive (usually answering emails immediately within 5-10 mins.), professional and courteous. Brad and his team have been in the business for almost 20 years and there’s a reason why they’re still around – they offer a great service at an excellent value. If you call around for quotes, you’re likely to get a similar ball park from most title companies. There really isn’t a huge discrepancy between most of the other competitors so at the end of the day, what really differentiates the service are ultimately the people. Every question or concern that I had was immediately addressed and there was never an instance that I felt that I was in bad company. When it came time to closing, Brad and his team had all of the paper work ready for me to sign and I was in and out of the office within an hour. His company keeps a low profile and the office is nothing fancy – this is intentional. The company tries to keep overhead low so they can pass along the savings to you, the customer. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Spirit Title & Escrow and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to any of my friends or colleagues. Oh, as an added bonus, Brad was generous to give me a nice discount because I had a copy of the Owner’s Title Insurance Policy while some of the other competitors out there wouldn’t because the policy was over 3 years old. Ended up saving me quite a bit at the end! Thanks Brad!

  It was great working with Brad and his team. They were always available to help and answer any questions. Everything went smoothly, office is professional, services were competitively priced, and they were veteran friendly. Can't ask for much more than that.
