    Not sure who is in charge at this location but I've been in to this store twice now...staff is rude and not helpful at all. Yesterday, went in with 4 items...3 amazon returns and another item to ship. They pushed me towards the amazon self serve kiosk line but I told them I had another item as well. They continued to have me do the self serve and then I still had to get in line and wait to ship the other item when they could have very easily had me wait in line once instead of twice. Do the job you're getting paid to do. The staff is rude...terrible parking area as well.

    STAY AWAY . I BEEN A MEMBER FOR OVER TEN YEARS , NEVER A PROBLEM . THE NEW ADMINISTRATION NOT ONLY HIKED PRICES , RIGHT AFTER I PAID THE HIGHEST SERVICE LEVEL THEY HAD FOR THE WHOLE YEAR , THEY STARTED CHARGING ME $2.00 PER PIECE OF MAIL RECEIVED AFTER 25 PIECES A MONTH ( THAT IS LESS THAN ONE PER DAY ), AND GUESS WHAT ? : NO REFUNDS , SO I AM OUT OF ALMOST 500 DOLLARS FOR LESS THAN ONE PACKAGE PER DAY . FEEL FREE CONTACT ME FOR FURTHER DETAILS OF WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THIS PLACE .

    There is evidently new ownership & along with that comes changes in staffing & increased costs. I have been a box owner here for over five years, last box renewal I asked the clerk to keep my credit card on file for the next payment. She didn’t, when I paid the renewal this time (in person - late) I was charged a $30 late fee which is 20% of the 3 month renewal; RIDICULOUS. Ten, Fifteen, even $20. Ok, but $30? (price gouge for sure!)…. That seriously just lost them a customer. (I may be a lot of things, but, stupid isn’t one of them…). When I renewed this time, I ALSO asked the nice gentleman Craig if he could log my card number (before I’d seen the late fees) & he said he didn’t know how to do that. Apparently, the only other employee in store was newer than Craig so to surmise, no, I don’t recommend this UPS Store… they have also added a $2. Surcharge for every package received above 10 packages— WHAT? I did research & the Pakmail on Flamingo has much better rates. In January/February I’m changing my box to Pakmail because the additional fees are too exorbitant here now. 👎

    so i remember the previous owner that was in nursing school,, such a good guy! then owners changed— a lot of young teens working— but all very nice and efficient. but last week i went and the one worker stared at me said to use the self scan for a return ( i did but had a question) then she saw my other return and said i needed a box for it—- i have no problem buying a box. she was kinda rude the way she was so called helping me from afar but not helping me. so a tall guy came over and helped- very efficient but a little belittling, i said thanks for helping cause she was kinda rude. He then said “no need to complain about my co worker” and he acted mad. he basically told me off, i was shocked. i said thanks and left,, as i walking out he says “happy monday and have a good rest of the week” his tone was bitter. look i get it.. its hard dealing with people,, but this was a terrible feeling- i left feeling like i got bullied in a suttle way. I WILL NOT ever go back there

    I went to drop a package, and I had the worst experience in this u.p.s. store there was four employees that i saw standing there and none of them wanted to work they were telling everyone to use the self check out machine and customer were having problems, they were also going to the back I had a lady name Magaly her employee# was360989 she didn't want to help me had a very nasty face and the employee before her didn't want to help me either she went and hide in the back I am a retired unemployment agent of twenty two years and this was the worst customer service people I ever seen avoid this u.p.s store. There is good customer service in other u.p.s stores!!
