  Just want to share my recent experience at this store, it is very close by my house and we always come here, they are efficient, fast and staff is always polite but today they raised the bar up high, I was having the worst day and my son was begging me to keep the popping wrapping paper while I was trying to do something else, that is when the young man that was assisting me, out of nowhere, had the kindest of gestures, he gave my son a bunch of popping paper in different sizes because he was bilingual and understood perfectly what my son was asking for, you have no idea but you made our day! Thank you! So sorry we didn’t ask for your name

  Wow, it’s sad to see all these negative reviews. I’m leaving a good review about how moved I was by the energy in this store. Last time I went in there the workers made me feel so welcomed, they talk to me like a friendly neighbor. Craig is very helpful and he made me laugh after a pretty bad day. The young man in there always has a smile on his face and goes above and beyond to help. The girl with the ribbons in her hair was very sweet when I interacted with her. There was another woman there with them, I think she’s the manager. She was laughing with them and another customer and they looked genuinely happy at work. As I said, very welcoming. I’ve never once felt any rudeness or felt brushed off. It is a little pricey in there, but hey, what isn’t overpriced these days? I don’t know who the new owner is but the workers there are great and they work hard. Still smiling even while surrounded by boxes on a busy weekend.

  They try to force you to buy envelopes to send documents even though you can use the ones UPS provides for free. If you insist they let us use UPS standard envelopes but scare you saying they can’t guarantee it won’t come back. Very unprofessional. The only service available for the country I was shipping to was UPS Worldwide Saver. Per the UPS website, UPS Worldwide Saver allows their UPS envelope as a packaging option.

  This is by far the most poorly run UPS location I’ve ever visited. I’m honestly wondering if there has been a change in management because the customer service has significantly declined. Each time I visit, the staff seem unsure of their responsibilities. I’m not sure if it's due to inadequate training or simply the wrong employees in the wrong roles. On a busy Saturday, only two employees were working. One, a tall man assisting a customer with a PO Box, had to redo the process multiple times. It was surprising that during the holiday rush, they would dedicate an employee to a lengthy task while a line of at least 10 customers formed, with no effort made to manage the crowd or prioritize appropriately. Setting appointments for time-intensive services would be a much better system. Today was my breaking point. With four employees present and only one customer ahead of me, it still took 15 minutes before I was helped. One employee seemed completely stumped on how to check a customer out, and another staff member had to step in to help her, leaving the rest of us waiting with no one being serviced. The tall man was bouncing from task to task, looking overwhelmed and frazzled. The employee who eventually assisted me looked completely uninterested in being there and even walked to the register while applying lotion to her hands. This location seriously needs to get organized and improve its professionalism and customer service.
