- NNNMSMar 3, 20261.0I mailed my little niece a purple enveloped birthday card at this store on 2/17/26 at 8:51 am . Transaction # : 574 I purchased a love stamp that cost $.78 the associate never recommend tracking for this card and now I have no way of tracking the card nor has she received it . I came into this location last Tuesday with my receipt only to be told some associates can tell if there’s a gift card and why didn’t I do tracking? All things that made me upset ! So at this point I guess they are telling me that it’s my fault for not knowing the best way to send a birthday . Her birthday is long gone and no one can tell me anything . I guess someone needed the $50 gift card more than my 11 year old niece . I just sent my sister a birthday card for her birthday same address and she received her card no issues I assumed the same for her daughter . This is horrible . I can’t file a claim with no tracking . I should have been advised to do tracking !
