  This specific UPS store location in Cocoa is fantastic. Nigel is an excellent manager and the specific young lady who tended to me Whose name is Angel is fantastic. She has excellent communication skills a great personality has a lot of patience and was very specific on prices and how to properly get my items shipped out of state. She made me feel very comfortable And assured me that my items would be shipped at a decent timeframe. I am very grateful for the services that were provided I hope that she is acknowledged and recognized as a great employee

  Easy to get packages dropped off quickly and efficiently. Very polite staff working hard to keep things moving.

  My notified package was to be delivered between 10:15 and 2:15 today Wednesday so far no attempt per my ring doorbell and the person waiting to sign for it. I want even go into the convoluted chaos to pick it up that I should have been able to do on Tuesday. And you have the unmitigated gall to say you are a better delivery service than the post office. At least with them it would have been at a designated office listed on the notification. Now we have no way to even know if it's going to be delivered today since it's already 2 hours past the promised delivery time. And yes I checked and called,was transferred and verified the above mentioned timeframe is showing in Your system. You maybe thinking it's just some phones,but all my information for business associates, doctors ,etc. is in my phone and it won't charge effectively. What if it was critical medication. Remind me to use a different delivery service next timeeven if means changing the business that would be ordering a package needing delivery. If you I would decline that company because I don't know how you can heal/fix this mess you call delivery service Frances Hudson
