  The staff at the UPS Store off Clearlake in Cocoa Florida has offered professional service that was A+! They worked with me, especially the Manager,in getting a 14 page fax through in which the company gave me the wrong fax number. Thank you so much for your patience and diligence in getting this very important document through the system for my family. 👏👏💕🙏

  Just go to CVS across the street, they’re a UPS drop point with printer and tape whatever you need and super friendly there! This UPS franchise wanted to charge $3 to print a label that I already paid UPS over $30 for even with the thermal sticker label scan, which they wouldn’t print. Probably so they could sell me a roll of tape after to tape on my $3 label too. Rip off franchise giving UPS a bad image, been to many drop stores both UPS & FedEx and never had an issue or charge for printing a label. Shame to see

  Negative Experience at UPS Store – Thursday, October 23 On Thursday, October 23, around 1:30–1:40 p.m., I went to a UPS Store to drop off an empty box used for transporting medication (I had already delivered its contents to the patient). The person who assisted me told me in a rude manner that she couldn’t accept the box unless it was taped shut. I explained that I do this type of delivery every day at different UPS Stores, and they always accept the boxes without any problem and even provide tape when needed. She replied, “Not in this store. All stores are different. If you want, you can buy tape here — we sell it.” I asked to speak with a supervisor, but she said there wasn’t one available. I left to get some tape, returned to close the box, and when I came back, she told me to use the self-service machine — even though the box was heavy and I had to lift it so the scanner could read it to generate the receipt. In conclusion, I believe the service I received was very unprofessional and showed a clear lack of customer service knowledge. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her full name, only that it started with the letter T.

  Forgot to tape the box I wanted to ship. I needed a 10 inch piece of packing tape - the gentleman at the counter directed me to the new rolls of tape on the wall -- $4.99! When I asked if he was kidding he repeated $4.99. Never again! Absolutely unreasonable.

  The people who work here are very ill-informed on the services they offer. The lady I spoke to could not answer any of my questions and was unable to help me ship my package.
