  package supposed to be delivered February 26th didn't happrn then February 27th by 8npm left note on door no knock or ring camera doorbell both days no knock no ring doortag snd left.followed directions not one update . tracking number not even a little update or the slightest bit of information piece of information. I had to call and track down my tracking which is absolutely ridiculous now here we are 03/02/27 at 8:59 at night. I've taken 3 days off when I could have worked and use that money to pay the phone off that I've been waiting on. that would be too convenient for me. so with that being said I got to wait till tomorrow to go to the inconvenient location that I had to choose to waste my time money and gas after waiting all this time for nothing. absolute unprofessional ridiculousness. would have given zero Stars if I could. "thank you so much you guys are great."no wonder UPS is taken over and Amazonno wonder UPS is taken over and Amazon taking over just like Walmart did and ran out every half of the size department stores in most city and states. so when they wonder why they hit rock bottom here's a prime example. and they wonder why nobody wants to use them and then relate them to the feds. some major slacking and far too unprofessional I'll make sure no matter what if I got to pay 10 times the amount that they are never involved in any transaction form of businesses any kind never again. I'll go pick it up at the store because thanks for wasting my time and money and causing me a lot of other issues. no this is for the delivery part hopefully picking it up will be easier. after waiting five but would have been six if I would have kept letting them lollygagg around. this store may be a great store but the delivery part absolutely horrible. I got to wait again and go personally pick it up wasting more time money in gas I am very upset about the situation. I'm sorry I'm sorry doesn't help anything it does not get my time back nor the money I lost. this is ridiculous!

  Package being delivered on a Saturday. FedEx tracking said business closed, no attempt made. We are open waiting on this package. Cannot talk with no one. Automated system for FedEx sucks.

  They let you schedule a pickup and don't tell you it cost exorbitant amounts of money. Then they bill you after the fact. Completely dishonest company. They should be regulated much better... Our crappy republican government rolling back regulations on big business is a big part of the problem. Stand up to the fascist supporting companies!

  Worst ground delivery don't use! For an important package by ground they say now it will take 11 days! Don't count on time delivery for Christmas FedEx Money-Back Guarantee will be suspended for packages shipped on or after Dec. 1, 2025
