The best part? A random dude walking past my house could sign for my package and that counts as “secure”… but I can’t sign for it at the actual FedEx facility with my ID in my hand? Make it make sense. This policy is dumb. If common sense was a package, FedEx couldn’t deliver that either.
- ASAshley StanleyOct 20, 20251.0Our delivery window said 12:10 to 2:10. At 9:44 the FedEx driver left a door tag on my fence gate and never even attempted to knock on the door. I paid for expedited shipping so I knew I would get it on a day that I was home. By the time I realized what was happening he was already speeding down the road and gone. I tried calling FedEx and all they could tell me was that it will be delivered tomorrow and if I wanted it to be retried today I would have to contact the shipper. Well called the shipper and they cannot do that once it’s in fedex hands they can’t change anything. This is very disappointing because it was very obvious that I was home. I tried to call again and make sure that everything went though for them to hold it at the facility and immediately got hung up on. Their customer service is laughable at best. Do better FedEx! And retrain your drivers not to be lazy.
- RTR TOct 13, 20255.0I would like to recommend a promotion for FedEx driver Kemaree. He has been delivering to my house for several years. Kemaree goes out of his way to go beyond what is expected of any delivery driver. He wraps packages in plastic when it's raining, he brings the trash cans up from the street to the garage. He carries heavy packages into the house or garage. I've never asked him to do any of this he does all on his own. Kemaree should be a Trainer or in a leadership role to mentor other drivers.

I have the same problem on the receiving end, EVERY TIME the package gets lost for a 1-7 days then just mysteriously arrives. How am I supposed to sign for a delivery when I dont know when its coming? I waste days waiting for packages. This was the last time, I already started using a different shipper for when I send stuff. Not only is USPS cheaper, but they get packages there faster for a cheaper price. I am now going to request from everywhere I buy from to no longer ship to me using FedEx. I will pay extra to not deal with FedExs incompetence. I dont know where else to post about this so I guess I'll just leave a review for the main hub in the area.
