- MLMark LyonsFeb 25, 20265.0A postal carrier named Ian Abott from the Cocoa Beach post office went above and beyond by dropping off a FedEx package left at the wrong set of mailboxes. It had perishable items in it and he simply wanted to make sure it was delivered to the correct party before the contents expired. He left a personal sticky note explaining the situation. He went well above and beyond and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for being such a selfless human being. Great work Ian, you're an inspiration to us all.

I called the Cocoa Beach postal office and spoke with Amy. She was very nice, and I could tell actually wanted to listen and see if she could help. She went out to the return truck while I was on hold and found my package, and held it for pickup. She went above and beyond out of her way to help. The package was a gift for my nephew, so it was so nice to get it in time. Thank you Amy!
