- OHOlivia HoraceOct 29, 20251.0This location is atrocious. I miss our old carrier, he retired a couple of years ago and was the absolute best. The new carriers are lazy, plain and simple. Packages have consistently come up missing along with mail. You can forget about any resolution from the post office, they just look at you like your not speaking clear English. Apparently reporting them to the postmaster general falls on deaf ears because nothing has changed. I actually watched a carrier not even make an attempt to deliver a package to my house. She simply put the tag in the mailbox saying there was a package they "attempted" to deliver available at the post office for pick up. Lies. As of recent, I have an entire office chair that came up missing after they claimed it was delivered to my "mailbox", an hour and a half after my other two packages delivered by them were left on my porch. Somebody is lying and it's unfortunate. That place is filled with people who are there to get a check. It appears as if they do not want or like their job. If that is the case leave so someone who wants the position, can perform the job duties that are required. If I could give it a negative zero I would.

- CACarlos AvaloAug 29, 20251.0I gave them zero stars. Because the service is the worst in our community and Montura Ranch estates , the service is terrible. A contractor does deliver the mail to a post office location, most of the time we cannot check our mail when we want to because they are putting mail in the boxes inside a little room, which doesn’t interfere with the customers. Packages are not delivered because there’s not enough spaces, so you have to go 25 miles back to the post office to pick up your packages and that is not attempt to deliver, when a contractor gets the mail and the packages they’re supposed to deliver them not take them back to the post office. Lousy service And and for one reason or another, they don’t answer the phones in the Clewiston Post Office many times. One thing is, the employees at the post office are excellent overall it’s the contract workers the problem

I've recorded her on my cameras throwing away my packages multiple times and she's lost them more than once, and the post office doesn't do anything to fix it.
