  Do NOT Waste your time, energy or Money Here!!!!. Its $5 for scanning one page and $3.59 for using computer to print one page. Forget customer service there is NONE. If I was under a deadline I wouldn't have spent my money here. The owner need to check what employees are doing they spend more time on the phone than helping people. The UPS on Rt 27 is way better.

  My $20 gift to friend in China, charged over $400+! I dropped off on 1/11 and the package is scheduled to deliver on 1/16, not bad. Followed up on 1/15, says package was experiencing a sortation delay. Ok, it’s not getting delivered on 1/16, called customer service, they said is normal, just wait. Another week, came to this store, the young man was really trying to help and filled a claim to move the package. Another three day passed, still no movement. 1/22, called customer service, asked to follow up with the claim and track the package. Told me the package may have gone lost, can’t access to claim because it’s filed through store and store doesn’t belong to UPS!!! Store is individually owned and the UPS is not responsible for this, even refund money is going to the store, not you. I was pissed! I call the store, put me on hold for about 15-20 minutes, finally got back to line and hung up on me! I am now really angry and came to store in person and today 1/24, waited in the line, patiently and talked to the the girl working morning shift patiently. She told me can’t access to the claim, have to wait for her manager on Monday. Ok, fine, can you track my package? See if it moved. No, can’t check. Can you look into my account? No, can’t look in to your account. I’ll give you my name, phone number, address. No, can’t do. And she started helping people behind me!! This is not your UPS store! Her attitude is the last straw. I would rate 0 for her attitude. The stars all goes to the young man helped me last week. This store better give me full refund!
