  I have visited this store a few times on the weekend, during peak hours, only to find one employee working. The employee is clearly overworked at an understaffed location. The line was out the door, the computers weren't working and were taking people’s money without printing, Amazon's self-service was glitching, and only one person behind the counter to service everybody. This has happened numerous times when I have popped in on a Saturday afternoon. I can’t imagine this was a one-time thing where an employee didn't show up. I have yet to see more than one person staffing this location on the weekend. I suggest not visiting this location on the weekend, try during the week. Better yet, do the weekend staff a favor and ease their load a bit by driving five minutes down the road to the other UPS store, which always has 2 to 3 people per shift.

  Not helpful at all i normally go to ups and i am able to email them a label and they can print it for me but this lady said that i have to log into the ups computer put my credentials then email then print label. Not Convenient or helpful the best option would be me sending the label to the store email and the store printing it out and i pay for it. Definitely not going back to this store not convenient at all.

  Alanzo and Kaitlyn are amazing, I had a huge job I needed done and they took their time to help me even though I showed up right before close. I also watched them give top notch service to someone with the computer when they needed help. I hope they are there every time I go in ♥️

  Saw an employee throwing boxes around and slamming them into the ground in full view of customers. Frankly, this man should be fired. If management actutally reads this: He was a large, black man with a beard wearing black t shirt and a diamond stud earring. He didnt say a word to me while accepting my return so I didnt get his name. I suspect he knows better than to give out his name to customers if this is the way that he handles their packages.
