  I was having a lot of trouble operating the self printing service (to put it lightly). However, Carolina was working that day and she was so incredibly helpful and understanding. If it weren't for her help, I probably would not have returned to FedEx for my printing needs. Not only did she help solve my problem, but she gave me additional notes and information to help me in the future. Thank you again, Carolina!

  Didn’t know there could be a shipping store worse than the UPS on Hancock. Something was supposed to be delivered to my MIL’s address that evidently required a signature. MIL sent me a photo of the slip saying we missed the FedEx driver and needed to come to 2950 E Hwy 50, so I navigated to there. GPS took me to the middle of an intersection with no FedEx in sight, so I did what any reasonable person would do and searched for FedEx to see there was on .5mi away, and I drove there. Here’s what transpired. I entered the store where one person was working, looked like scanning in returns slowly. I stood at the register in front of her. She scanned 2-3 more packages, and said, “hello.” I responded, “hello, I’m here to pick up a package that needed to be signed for.” She scans packages for 45-60 more seconds without looking up or replying. Then she says, “do you know if it’s here?” Me: “the slip on my door listed an address that sent me to a nearby intersection instead of a store, so I game here.” Her: “do you have the tracking number?” Me: “yes let me pull up a photo of the slip.” Her: “well did you track the package?” Me: “no, I got a slip on my door with an address that was wrong, so I came here.” Her: “so you DON’T know if it’s here?” Me: “no. I guess I don’t.” Her: “well I guess we can track it now.” She then disappears to the back room. I rechecked my slip and realized in the fold of the paper, you can barely make out the word Walgreen’s, and I said, “oh. Nevermind. You’re off the hook. It’s not here,” and I left. Was this a situation of user error? Yes. Was this a situation where I did the best I could with the information available to me? Yes. Did I deserve to be talked to like a child? No. And we could have solved this in 1/3 of the time if she had just said, “hi, how can I help?” While she was scanning. 🤦‍♀️👎

  Some of the worst customer service for a simple package. Based on time I had no other choice. Wish I knew the persons name to go along with the bad service and attitude
