Maybe he doesn't like his job or doesn't like certain-looking people. Anyway, this location kept my mail overnight. The transaction took place 9:20 am, Wed. What is the reason for holding it until Thurs night? I won't waste time at this location while the unprofessional and begrudging guy is working the counter. Life's too short to deal with toxic people.
