- PSPenny SmithDec 12, 20251.0Goodness. I just experienced the most hostile, negative and rude phone assistance of my life. I was reaching out for help understanding where our mail was presently going and the supervisor told me she was not willing to listen to me and kept saying "Let me repeat myself." So, I guess the moral here is they are very transparent about having zero desire to assist even if you are polite. If possible, deal with another branch.

The clerk Doug made me feel very uncomfortable, with his negative tone and miserable demeanor,quite clear he is miserable in his position. Was not helpful at all and made a simple shipment a negative experience! I had to request to speak to a supervisor and have a different clerk complete my transaction. Even when the different clerk was helping me Doug made it a point to rudely ask me to move my backpack off the counter. The clerk helping me noticed his rude tone and made sure to get my backpack for me so there would be No further interaction..what in the world is going on at the location???? Management needs to do better....
- ACangel CHINOSep 27, 20251.0I had a terrible experience dealing with Doug, I’ve dealt with him 2-3 times and always has a terrible attitude and has no ability to figure out how to resolve any of the situations I’ve had. He always says there nothing he can do about it and speaks to other customers disgusting. I am not happy at all having to deal with him or this facility.
