Absolutely horrible experience here. Shipped a electronic item, dropped it off with them and they accepted it. Went back today to mail something else today and they handed it back to me! They were literally going to let it sit there! Shipped ground as items with batteries should be. Their explanation, well, it could ship by air if there's room on the plane if you use ground. She couldn't care less. The person who accepted it yesterday even put a 'Hazardous' label on it. Worst experience I've had shipping something.

So am I the only one that notices a trend in the reviews? Locations don't get this crappy without bad management. If they are allowed to act that way they will. This is one of the worst post offices I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are lazy, rude, and will not take responsibility when they lose your packages. Costing me a grand so far already in just a few months. Save yourself some headache and potential money loss. Go to a different location.

Super quick in and out since there was hardly anyone else there around 3pm. I don't even think I was in there a full 5 min.

Older man up front is super rude and has no customer service at all! He is not one bit useful and very rude when explaining. I went with my mom to change our address and didn't understand certain things but instead of explaining & trying to help he insisted in arguing with my mother back & fourth.

The older gentleman there is always always always rude and unhelpful. Had to visit here frequently for work and he consistently made things harder than needed. I went to do my in person verification for change of address and he told me I could only use my drivers license. I mentioned I had my passport and other forms of documentation. Flat out told me it could only be DL. I just went to a different usps and they looked at my passport, scanned the barcode, and done! Hopefully someone sees these reviews and finds new staff for this location 🙏🏻
