After researching with the main post office, they said it was an insufficient address. I call UPS store again only to find that the address should have been PMV # instead of PO Box #. In Fact Barbara never told me or my husband this information. Even after going there several times to ask her what the problem was with our mail. She continues to blame the post master. Terrible service to say the least.
