The representative ( a grown lady )was rude from the beginning and acted confused over a very basic question, even after I repeated myself clearly. The call was then disconnected by the representative , and when I attempted to call back several times, no one answered. When I came into the location in person, the experience was just as bad. The employee working did not greet customers at all and had a very unprofessional demeanor. Their appearance was sloppy and inappropriate for a customer-facing job, and the overall environment inside the store was dirty and unkept. Customer service, professionalism, and cleanliness were all lacking. This location seriously needs better training and accountability for employees.
