The kiosk would not accept my QR code and was told to see an associate on the machine. Had to go to the back of the line (at the request of the employee).

Unfortunately, they now have a "bad apple" on the team which has caused headaches and issues the 3 times I have dealt with her. I now refuse to go back. Shes a middle-aged brunette woman who seems to be in management. Every time I have worked with her, she was inaccurate in pricing (told one price and it was another) and tried to upsell to the point it feels scammy. She never puts the customer first and is disrespectful. 0/10 recommend only due to her. Go to another location.

While waiting in line I heard countless disclaimers from the staff: we don't know anything, .... that's not our job, we can't help. It was painful to watch. I won't be returning here.

- IIIanU63Dec 2, 20251.0Had the displeasure of dealing with nasty Asian American lady with glasses. She was rude to customers ahead of line of me. Today, I had 3 Amazon returns to drop off. When it was my turn, she barked that I should be using the self service Amazon return table to drop off returns. I told her that I tried to, but when I scanned my bar code, it said, "SEE ATTENDANT". She reluctantly took my package and told me to go back to the Amazon desk for my other 2 returns. There was a couple other people in line behind me, and told her I wasn't going back to the Amazon desk, only to scan another package and have to come back to her again when it says SEE ATTENDENT a second time, and have to wait in line all over again. This lady has ZERO customer service skills. I'll chose another USP store in the future, just so I don't have to deal with this sour puss.
