Then when I knocked and pointed to my watch as it was still before 3:30 she ignored me.

- BBBryceOct 31, 20251.0Edit: amending my review to 1 stars. I see a couple reviews here talking about how rude “asian lady” is. That’s Chika. Often charging people $2.50 to print a paper shipping label, which she did to me once, refusing to let people use a tape gun for a box, which she once did as well. I won’t change my review until I stop seeing her. Though that doesn’t seem to be changing the fact she still works there after so many years. It’s generally fine and they get the job done. On the weekends lines are fast and service is generally cheerful. There’s just one clerk or manager there named Chika who is curt and unwelcoming regularly. Luckily I usually Drop off my packages on the weekend so I rarely see her. Even so, I’ve yet to have a pleasant experience with her. Even today as I brought over one pre-packaged box. I’d walked in and stood at the register as no other customer was there. She was talking to another clerk, and made it a point to continue talking for about a minute rather than stop the conversation to service a customer. When I said I just had the one box and it could be scanned, she said, “you can do that yourself at the scanner” pointing closer to the entrance. It wasn’t so much what she said, but saying it without a greeting and her tone of voice was flat as if I were stupid to prefer a human interaction instead. Needless to say, I’ll look forward to more humanity from employees on the weekend and continue to make that my usual time to drop off packages in order to have a less Chika experience.

The employee never provided any details on my shipment, I had to ask. He keeped asking me about the contents, I hope it gets there cause I got a very sketchy feeling from him. Never again!
