  If I could give zero I would. I came to the store to return some packages. It’s not my first time there, and I usually find it pleasant. It took me less than a minute to find the QR codes, and the guy started to yell at me that he can’t wait for me and I should do it faster I did it as fast as I could. It took me less than a second to pull out the remaining QR codes, but he kept yelling at me When I finished, I was kind enough to tell him thank you and have a better day, but he kept telling me next time I should come ready I left the store with tears in my eyes. This guy was very discriminating.

  The owner is rude. Always gives you a hard time if it is about a return (Amazon, Macy’s, etc.). Makes unprofessional comments and seems to be unhappy with his job overall stressing it onto the customers.

  I had an unpleasant experience at this The UPS Store location today. I came in with three Amazon returns and was the only customer in the store. After the items were processed, I stood at the counter waiting for my receipt. Instead of acknowledging me or finishing the transaction, the "owner" began working on other tasks while I stood there waiting for several minutes. When I asked for my receipt, he responded with, “I didn’t know why you were standing there staring at me,” in a rude and dismissive tone. There was no confusion — I was clearly waiting at the counter immediately after my return. A simple “Here’s your receipt” or “Do you need anything else?” would have been basic customer service. I own a business myself and always try to be considerate and efficient when dropping off packages. Being ignored and then spoken to disrespectfully for asking for a receipt was unnecessary and unprofessional. Other UPS locations have always been polite and proactive. Unfortunately, this experience felt intentionally dismissive.

  Every single time I have gone to this location, I get sexually harassed by this one man who tells me my red hair is his fetish. He will legit say that, and say it's his favorite type of woman. And he asks me to walk in the sun so he can see my hair with sun on it. I like ran out. Only a handful of times I've felt this disgusted and uncomfortable. I can only imagine what he says to other women that come in. This has happened multiple times, and after last time I will never be returning to this location which sucks as it's so conveniently close.
