While I still got a good walk in, the purpose was also to ship something and make an Amazon return. I will put this down as another dropped ball for UPS when it comes to efficient logistics and effective communication. UPDATE - Thank you to the owner for responding. Making the effort to remedy a problem is a very welcome response. Have to give another star for the effort. Thanks.

Never would I opt to ship with them. The fact I have to post this under this business is partial proof. Help is non-existent and sourced outside the country and that's important because while they may speak the language they understand America. Also, I have trouble understanding them. Moat egregiously their myUPS amounts to nothing if you are trying to locate a package. If you select proof of delivery (🤔) it simply states it was delivered and what time. Doesn't even list the address (what?) Much less provide a photo like Amazon. I'd rather use USPS. Smh. 😡
