Never would I opt to ship with them. The fact I have to post this under this business is partial proof. Help is non-existent and sourced outside the country and that's important because while they may speak the language they understand America. Also, I have trouble understanding them. Moat egregiously their myUPS amounts to nothing if you are trying to locate a package. If you select proof of delivery (🤔) it simply states it was delivered and what time. Doesn't even list the address (what?) Much less provide a photo like Amazon. I'd rather use USPS. Smh. 😡

When I spoke with Pavel, he remembered the transaction and explained that I needed to call USPS. They said it was delivered per order and that Pavel gave me the wrong information. I have tried numerous times leaving message after message with no response. I did not get the service I paid for and I'm being ignored. Customer service here is non-existent. I do NOT recommend doing business at this facility. There are other UPS stores that care about their customers.
