I might expect that behavior from an hourly employee having a bad day—but not from an assistant manager. Leadership should set the standard for customer service, not undermine it. Very disappointing experience.

Yes it's only $1.70 but I'm disabled I make barely $1000 a month to live on. It's disappointing. And whenever I come in to do the Amazon returns... It's so slow it painful. It's actually faster to drive down to kohls and back to do Amazon returns. When I use the print for me by employee options 1 page takes so long to pick up not just the wait time to get it but once you come to the store to get it... Good luck getting it and getting out in a timely fashion. Just buy a printer and skip the hassle.
