If I could give ZERO stars, I would. What happened at this location was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. My boyfriend and I showed up on Saturday with everything we needed to renew our passports documents, IDs, and current passports in hand. The man at the front desk took one look at us and immediately said, “I DON’T DO PASSPORTS ON THE WEEKENDS.” No explanation, no effort to help just straight-up dismissive. We said okay and were ready to leave, but once he looked at our current passports, he suddenly started backtracking. It was obvious. His energy changed. The way he spoke to us was completely disrespectful. And yes it was RACIST. His tone, his attitude, the way he looked at us it was clear he had already made a decision the second we walked in. Fast forward: I go online to make an appointment, using my ZIP code — and guess which location pops up as available for passport services? THIS ONE. So not only did this man lie to us, he deliberately denied us service. I shouldn't be surprised. This is Christmas, where racism still runs deep. But that doesn’t make it okay. To be treated like that at a federal facility — a place funded by our tax dollars — is outrageous. USPS needs to investigate this location and hold that employee accountable. Because this wasn’t just bad customer service — this was blatant racial discrimination.

I had a great experience at this USPS location. I went to apply for passports for myself and my daughter, and the process was quick, organized, and easy. The staff was friendly and professional. Thank you for the excellent service Sean
