  Staffed uniformly by people who even the DMV rejected as "too surly". Either by training or natural disposition, it's difficult to find people that you want to deal with less. If you have another option, take it.

  Excelente debo confesar que manejo mas de 20 minutos solo porque me atienden muy bien, debo felicitar a los empleados y a su directiva en la calidad de atencion al público. Tienen un ambiente fresco donde todo el mundo tiene una sonrisa...felicidades

  This location is a huge money grab. I gave it one star because they do offer self service scanning of packages, however if you have to print something and the employee helps you it will be $5.99 for ONE page. You are better off going to the location at 17-92 where they charge $2.99 for printing. Wasn’t even given the option to do it myself which would have cost $3.99 at their self service computer which wasn’t even clearly advertised. Again they are a money grab, so visit this location with caution.

  Do not ship with them after paying $60 for shipping and your label machine is not working and you ask them to print out a shipping label for you. They want to charge you six dollars to print out a label for you. Absolutely ridiculous after paying $60 for shipping, do not use them. I do not recommend UPS ChampionsGate and UPS should be ashamed of themselves.

  I will forever be grateful for this location and it's manager. My father was sending me a package and he got the city and zip wrong, doh! I got ahold of the manager once I figured out what happened since my package was seemingly missing. Travis was quick to reply and help me out. He tracked the package down and got the address change in for me. He checked on the package for me anytime that I asked and was always kind. So, as a mother that almost lost her three kids VR headsets, THANK YOU!
