Bob usually handles passports, if you are looking for this service this is a great post office to go to, he is speedy and very thorough . And James is the manager, he understood the issues I was having with my PO and was able to resolve them without hassle. This post office is very busy in the mornings. I would recommend going after lunch. Although, beware that just as expected, not everyone, including some of the workers at this office enjoy and take pride in their work, some of them do leave something to hope for.

I’ve noticed they often take the time to measure and double-check packages to make sure the weight looks right, which is incredibly helpful and kind. They’re always efficient, and Bob is consistently pleasant and respectful. I honestly go out of my way to come to this location.
