I’ve never experienced such poor service from a post office as I have with the Casselberry branch at 109 Live Oaks Blvd. Several of my packages have been marked “delivered in/at mailbox,” yet none have ever arrived. I’ve been trying repeatedly to get assistance or some sort of resolution, but every effort has fallen on deaf ears.
The supervisor or manager—Jimmy—has been no help at all. There’s been zero accountability for the ongoing inconsistency and negligence within his staff. Delivering packages shouldn’t be complicated: a package has an address, you deliver it to that address—job done. Yet, this branch seems unable to manage even that basic task.
What’s worse, I was told that the “solution” is to rent a PO Box for $90 every six months to ensure my mail is handled properly. That feels incredibly unfair, if not outright exploitative.
In over 15 years of receiving mail and online orders, I have never dealt with such frequent mail mishandling. This ongoing issue has been so stressful that it’s even making me reconsider renewing my lease at my current apartment—simply because I can’t trust this post office to deliver my mail reliably.

I went there to get my mail sent to my location here in Casselberry.
When I was called no good morning how are you.
I asked about my address she says did you fill out the change of address.!
I said NO that’s why I’m here she said back well fill that out and then I can help.
I was like wow.!
I’m in customer service myself and I’m on phones we MUST say our greeting snd then ask how may help.!
After I was done filling that out. She called me again and she said ok thank you. I was like when can I expect my mail. She says in a week.
I was like ok thank you gave yourself a good day.

In the past the post office was a great place but NOW they list all Respect for there customers it’s just job. We don’t matter.!!!
It Cleary seemed that couldn’t wait to get rid of you. I was there 5 min after they opened so I left and was like well they have a long day. As long as they act like that yes there day must be long.!!!!!

The Customer service at the front counters needs to be better. It takes 2 seconds to greet a customer and direct them to the appropriate lines for package pickup. They literally watched me stand at the pickup window (which is typically where you’d stand to retrieve a package) and never once mentioned that i would need to stand in line for a package pickup. Several people came in and were services ahead of me. finally i said “should i be in line? Will anyone come to help at this window?”.. Nope. Please do better. Communication goes a long way.
