The lady that delivers my mail constantly knocked the mailbox door off of my mailbox and I have found my mail on the side of my house due to this whenever I get my mail out of the mailbox. I never have the door come off so I don’t know if she’s just being super rough or what but this has been an ongoing issue for months now and I finally caught her doing it today and I go out there to try to talk to her about it and she ignored me and took off super fast and then I seen her the next tree over so I tried to talk to her about it again and once again she sped off like she knew exactly what she’s doing which just infuriates me because God knows what male I’ve been missing or who came and just grabbed stuff out of my mailbox cause there’s no door on it . Super unprofessional and I want this resolved already. This is insane. UPDATE, two days later after her purposefully ignoring me trying to ask her to stop knocking the door off which is pretty hard to knock off I find it probably 15 feet away from the mailbox on the ground lmaooo insane. With my mailbox full also.

They were not able to resolve anything and my package is still missing. On top of that, the mail carrier constantly delivers mail to the wrong addresses—leaving my letters at my neighbor’s house and my neighbor’s mail at mine. This is an ongoing and serious issue. Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all
